Alno is now scheduling the publication of its annual report for 14 June next instead of the originally planned date of 30 April 2012. Publication was delayed because the auditors were not able to issue a positive continuation forecast without a sound financing concept. Alno continues to work on a new financing arrangement, which according to CEO Max Müller is to be „a real coup“ for Alno AG. In a press release issued on 18 May, Alno stated that several old and new capital investors had already underlined their willingness to invest and that the new concept, which is intended to significantly strengthen the balance sheet and permanently secure liquidity, was to be approved before the summer break. Alno had already promised the submission of such a concept several times since last summer, but measures have repeatedly been delayed.
