Büttner renamed and merged with SES (04/05/2012)

 

 

 
The dryer manufacturer Büttner, which has been part of the Siempelkamp Group since 1995, was renamed Büttner Energie- und Trocknungstechnik on 2 March 2012. Parallel to that, the company moved to a new office building at the Siempelkamp Group headquarters. With effect from 23 March last, the company Siempelkamp Energy Systems (SES), which emerged from the takeover in October 2007 of the activities of Metso Panelboard, was incorporated into Büttner; the relevant decision had already been made by the general meetings of both companies on 29 December 2011.
