The Latvian birch plywood manufacturer Latvijas Finieris has completed the conversion work at the birch veneer plant trading under the name of Kohila Vineer in Estonia, which was officially putting it back into service at the beginning of November 2012. Part of the modernisation measures involved spending roughly €6m on a new veneer line from Raute.
