In November 2011 Turkish MDF manufacturer Divapan took over the forming and pressing line and completion system from the MDF plant in Nidda which had been closed down by Pfleiderer at the end of June 2011. The machinery has meanwhile been dismantled and, in the course of the next months, is to be re-erected at the Divapan headquarters in Duzce parallel to an existing system. Construction of the press foundations has already commenced. Assembly of the machinery transferred from Nidda, the control technology of which has been modernised, is planned for the second half of the year. It will probably not be able to go into operation until 2013.
