Wood IQ, a company created in October, started selling machinery to process board in Europe at the start of January. Led by managing partner Peter Lohmeyer, the company is working with the Chinese machinery manufacturer Nanxing Furniture Machinery & Equipment. Wood IQ is constructing and developing machinery, with Nanxing in charge of assembly. Wood IQ will initially sell panel saws and edgebanding gluing machinery. The firm will add CNC machining centres and pressure-beam saws at the Ligna fair.
