The Spanish speciality paper manufacturer Miquel y Costas is beginning commissioning a new inclined wire paper machine at its production site in La Pobla de Claramunt in the second half of January. A variety of test runs are scheduled for the first few weeks, followed by fine-tuning of different components. Testing paper suitable for sale and the first deliveries to selected buyers are to begin in early March. The firm will then start marketing speciality papers made using the new PM 3 to other buyers.
