The Australian timber concern New Forests will take over the Gunns Timber Products business division of the company Gunns, which has been insolvent since September 2012. The transaction is to be concluded by the end of January. Both New Forests on the one hand and Mark Korda and Bryan Webster from the consulting company Korda Mentha, who are acting as insolvency administrators for Gunns, have agreed secrecy regarding the sale price.
